Donny Blais, the chef and owner of the GTA based catering venture recently opened his new full-service kitchen in Etobicoke which helps cook the large orders that feed the entertainment industry daily. But his famous fish tacos aren’t just for the stars! You can find them at multiple Rancho Relaxo takeaway shops and a food truck which also serve up his jam-packed burritos and oozy quesadillas.

Cooking at the scale Blazing Kitchen does takes a large team of talented chefs and a whole lot of equipment. Fridges to store all the fresh veggies and raw fish. Friers for crispy and spiced home-fries. As well as all the ovens, grills, cooking stations, serving utensils, bowls and so much more!
